JB Vaughan
JB is Brian and Fran’s Son-In-Law (Megan’s husband) and is active duty Army. When he is on the farm, he assists Brian with working the land, as well as taking care of everything from parking to clean up. He is on hand to make sure that your event runs smoothly, and to make sure that you have a good time!

Absolutely the most beautiful, amazing venue!! VERY versatile with the gorgeous options!! Not to mention, Fran and her husband are THE MOST amazing people I have ever met. Fran kept everything a beautiful experience!! I came to the wedding a maid of honor and left with Cogan's farm, a part of my own family!! I can't say enough to express THE PERFECT decision!!!
There isn't a better wedding venue in Jackson TN than this place!! Our wedding was absolutely a dream come true. Fran and Bryan made everything a breeze for us!!! I wish I could move in with them!
I absolutely love this place. Bryan and Mrs. Fran were so helpful before, during and after my wedding! My pictures here are gonna turn out beautiful!! I can't thank them enough for everything. They have a great place that I will definitely come back to pictures on our anniversary 🙂 Having the horses, donkeys, and dogs running around is just a bonus & they add even more character to the place!
